VIP Coatings are located in Rolleston on the outskirts of Christchurch and specialise in sandblasting & protective coatings. We have the capability to meet all of your industrial and commercial needs, whether you need blasting and finishing for structural components, or finer finishes for visible elements.
We have a large yard and lay down area that can handle deliveries for projects of all sizes. Once in our careful hands, your project will be put through our specialised blast and paint facility to meet all of the specified application and certification requirements.

We have a vigorous onsite Quality Assurance programme, which is complemented by third party assurance for all paintwork. All work is completed to the Architectural Finish standard and the ASNZS 2312:2002 standard.
We can provide warranties, inspection data, and paint reports on completion.
The VIP Steel Partnership
Mavericks was acquired by VIP Structural Steel in 2021 and this now allows VIP Coatings to work closely with VIP Steel to offer a full range of metal coating and metal working services for small and large scale projects.
VIP Structural Steel is a well-established, locally owned and operated business specialising in the design, supply, fabrication and erection of structural steel for commercial and residential projects.
VIP Coatings still continues to serve all of our existing/original customer base and we welcome new opportunities and customer relationships.
